What To Do With Leftover Brownies

I made a small batch of hazelnut fudge brownies the other day, but they got stale before I could eat them all.  No problem, just chop them up and layer with yoghurt, fresh raspberries, blueberries and mint, with a pinch of demerara..

what a great idea…haven’t made the brownies yet but just as soon as I get the raw cocoa and beans, plan to do so. Unfortunately, with my history of chocolate, there may not be any left over to make a parfait.

You could also freeze them and later use the crumbs for pie crust!

Maybe re-title it to be “What to do with Stale Brownies!”, but alas I think the same responses would occur. Ha!

Ha! We threw away a couple of brownies yesterday because we found them hiding in the back of the fridge.
I was horrified ;-p I may have angered the brownie fairies…
