		<description><![CDATA[I love pickled cabbage!  We make tons of eat and enjoy it with sausage.  I typically cook it up with some onions, apples, some cider or red wine and a spoonful or two of sugar/maple syrup/or honey and some caraway seeds and mustard seeds - YUM YUM YUM.
