On September 3, 2012 the New York Times published an article about a Stanford University study that allegedly dispels the nutritional advantages of organic food. From the study’s conclusion in the link you provided:
“Consumption of organic foods may reduce exposure to pesticide residues and antibiotic-resistant bacteria.”
That’s NOT significant to the study’s authors??? Sheesh. Thanks for the links, someone brought this topic up to be in a ‘ hardy-har’ way and I haven’t had time to go looking for info.
