White Bean and Kale Soup with Spanish Chorizo

Cannellini beans simmered in homemade chicken stock with olive oil, cooking chorizo,  garlic, onions, red peppers, smoked paprika, saffron, kale and fresh rosemary..

    That looks delicious! I just wrote a post on a book I got about easy, healthy breads that would probably go great with a hearty meal like that!

      Thanks! I really wanted some warm, crusty bread to go with the soup, but I’m in a carb-cutting phase right now :)
