  1. Buyer beware a lot of local farmers in the SE USA are very large farms and sell both locally and commercially. It is harder to find “real” local a farmer with a vegetable stand in the front yard.

    • Wow, that’s really sad. Our Austin markets are all juried, inspected and certified organic (or follow “beyond organic” practices). No resellers are allowed and everything must be produced within a 150 mile radius.
